Instagram Safe Zone Templates

The portions of your Instagram Stories and Reels that are safe from text overlays continue to shrink on Meta’s ever-evolving platform.
To be sure the content you lovingly craft isn’t trampled on by icons and call-to-action buttons, I have created two guides - one for Stories and one for Reels. By adding these as a layer to your Photoshop file, you can quickly toggle on the safe zones to ensure your content won’t be obstructed.
Additionally, with videos in 9x16, always make sure that the important content and text on screen stays within the 4:5 safe area so even if it's cropped for previews in certain placements, all of your important content is still there.
